Nantwich Health Centre is located on the 1st floor within Church View Primary Care Centre, in the heart of Nantwich, adjacent to the main town-centre car-park and at a stone’s throw from the local bus-station.
The ground floor of the building hosts the shared primary care Community Services including District Nursing, Health Visiting, Phlebotomy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Specialist Nurses (Diabetes, Respiratory, etc), Dentistry as well as a purpose-built Minor Operations Theatre.
Lifts and wheel-chair access are available at all times for service-users.
